Cracked USB Cable

Yesterday the black plastic shell on my NC cable split in two. It happened on the end with the USB connecter for the computer. I was able to glue it back together and it charges ok. Anyone else have this Problem?

Holy cow. Take it back. Where did you get it? Seems like there have been some quality controll issues. I've had no problems but have heard of some on this forum. I guess when we send all our factories out to 3rd world nations with minimal supervision this is what we can expect.

Yep, happened to me and i know of a few others. Take it to B&N and they should replace it. I am headed there tomorrow.

OK, will do. I got this one from my local B&N.  They have always been extremely helpful with nook products.  I bought a nook WIFI there last year and they exchanged it for a NC with no questions asked.
