Since 1997, you’ve been coming to BarnesandNoble.com to discuss everything from Stephen King to writing to Harry Potter. You’ve made our site more than a place to discover your next book: you’ve made it a community. But like all things internet, BN.com is growing and changing. We've said goodbye to our community message boards—but that doesn’t mean we won’t still be a place for adventurous readers to connect and discover.

Now, you can explore the most exciting new titles (and remember the classics) at the Barnes & Noble Book Blog. Check out conversations with authors like Jeff VanderMeer and Gary Shteyngart at the B&N Review, and browse write-ups of the best in literary fiction. Come to our Facebook page to weigh in on what it means to be a book nerd. Browse digital deals on the NOOK blog, tweet about books with us,or self-publish your latest novella with NOOK Press. And for those of you looking for support for your NOOK, the NOOK Support Forums will still be here.

We will continue to provide you with books that make you turn pages well past midnight, discover new worlds, and reunite with old friends. And we hope that you’ll continue to tell us how you’re doing, what you’re reading, and what books mean to you.

How difficult are skins to put on the Nook?  I'm a bumbling idiot when trying to attach decals, etc.  I ruined 2 screen protectors before I got one on my Nook without bubbles and creases.  Are they easy to get on evenly and straight?
They are VERY easy to attach. Had mine on for about 3weeks now, have had no trouble. And should come off clean. Use to have one on my cell phone and it came off with not problem. I already have my eye on 6 other skins!! lol See, I just change my mind too much!! lol

Grinchy1,

THAT's why I haven't put one on my NC. I use them on my cell phone (love them) but change them every few weeks because it's fun. However, you can get 3 Droid skins for $9 on eBay, so I have a big collection already to choose from. I think the NC skins are $12 a pop, aren't they? so if I change every month or so, that's my NC magazine budget! :smileywink:

Re: Let's See 'Em!

I bought one of the "gelaskins" for my NC, and it was SUPER-EASY to line up and put on, no bubbles whatsoever. It's slightly textured and not as thin as other skins I've had for other electronics, so I think that really helped, given the size of the NC. I'm really happy with mine!
