On B&N.com they have QuickOffice Pro listed as one of the marquee organize apps but there's a typo where they list how much it is. Can anyone find that out for me via the app store on their NC? I'm at work with no WiFi and just too excited to wait until I get home....

QuickOffice Pro is not currently available in the Nook App store. Hopefully, it will be available soon.

This could be really handy, while I don't especially like typing on my NC at least maybe I can write some of my app purchases off as a business expense ![]()

Or even USB dockable keyboards...
I see that it's $14.99 on the apple app store so I'll assume it'll be about that since Angry Birds is a dollar cheaper for the NC than it is for the iPad.

Is the PDF reader in QuickOffice pro any good? What does it provide?
Can you read open office documents on Quick Office pro?
Thank you!

Well, you've had the non-Pro version on your Nook for the last 6 months. It's the default PDF reader that everyone was complaining about.
What does it provide?
According to their website, it adds back in the stuff they took out for the free version: bookmarks, last page read memory, search, etc. It's currently on sale for Android for $8. We don't know yet what the Nook price will be.
Can you read open office documents on Quick Office pro?
Nope.

Thank you!

Oh, and I'm just a little surprised and disappointed that the HD version is not available, which is for tablets, but just the non-HD version designed for phones, instead.
But perhaps that will come in time. They just updated the HD version a month ago.
