Why hasn't B&N issued a statement to all their CUSTOMERS as to why the update has been delayed? Why all the silence? As a consumer I feel conned. When the B&N employee spoke to a group of us potential customers his focus was on the future capabilities of NC after the mid April update and hed drew many comparisons to I pad. HSN did the same thing. Seems to me B&N had an enormous business opportunity here. Consumers usually don't go back for seconds once a business fails to follow through on a public commitment, or, as in this case, blatently lies to its customers. Not to mention throwing your poor employees under the bus knowing they are surely taking the heat for this poor performance. When it comes down to it, it pays to stick with quality. I'll stick with MAC.
