Why am I suddenly "anonymous"?

I've been reviewing NOOK books for almost a year. I've been careful to keep my reviews brief & to give pertinent commentary without spoiling stories for others. Suddenly a couple of weeks ago, I discovered that ALL of my previous book reviews have been converted to anonymous postings. I have friends who are interested in reading what I have to say, but they aren't on Facebook or Twitter & aren't Groupies. Why did I lose my identity & how can I get it back? -- Catherine Wakelyn (aka catwak)

Hey catwak,

We have made some changes to our review system recently, however I don't recall this being an expected result.

I certainly apologize for the inconvenience, allow me some time to sort out whats happening.

Thanks!

Re: Why am I suddenly "anonymous"?

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have another question:  What is the meaning of a "subscription" to B&N "book clubs"?  I already have a login & password.  I'm really not interested in a service that carries a fee.  What does a subscription get me that I can't have without it?  (If you say easy access to this bulletin board, that would be a plus.  I have found it almost impossible to find on the website, but that may just be me!)
