This is my 3rd NC so far.. the last one messed up because the battery was faulty and I had it replaced yesterday in-store for a certified pre-owned NC.
I got it home and charged it today and finally got ready to use and and after going through the OOBE setup w/ the video, wifi, and account .. I put my account info in and it says that it's unable to register the device, contact blah blah..
I called them and they said that they don't know what's wrong and it's not paired w/ any accounts or registered to mine and I deregistered my last device I owned before returning it.
Apparently they can't 'manually' pair it via the serial for secuirty reasons .... even though it's mine and they clearly sent me the e-mail yesterday for the in-store replacement.
