Each time I try to connect to WiFi it obtains the address & then after a bit, it says "Unsuccessful" under the WiFi logo. I've connected before but it just won't connect now. Help!!

Try deleting your saved connection and then create a new one.
I'm assuming you know for sure your WIFI is up and running?

turn on the NC WIFI and then go to settings - WIFI. click on the connection you are having problems with and one option is forget. that gets rid of the connection. Then you can search for WIFI and log back on to your WIFI with your security key.

If that does not work you mite try rebooting your router and the Nookcolor.
