Changing name, account on Nook Color

When I first bought my color nook i went on line with it
under my wife's account.....now that I have my own big boy account the nook
does not seem to sync back to my account and cannot find any setting to change
this...
Can I get a hand here please?

Go to settings and deregister your NC. Then re-register under your account.
BOOKS UNDER YOUR WIFE'S ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO YOU ANYMORE!
Purchases go to accounts. Use a different account and you "lose" all those earlier purchases as far as that particular Nook is concerned.

That's pretty stupid that you have to deregister the device. That is BN's way of prodding you to buy multiple devices.

your such a nice person.....all they ask was a question
