Deleting Contacts

Is there a way to delete contacts? My Nookcolor automatically loaded my entire WORK contact list. There are way to many names on the list to find the ones I really want. . .

Open extras and tap on the contacts icon. Tap on contact you want to delete and the email address and option to delete or edit will appear.

For contacts that were synced over via connecting to your google account cannot be deleted from the device.

If you enter one email, one at a time, can you then delete just one?

Also...other than google emails, can you delete emails...let's say a verizon email.

You can't be serious once you get contatcs from gmail they are in the nook for ever they aren't stored in a folder on the nook?

If you unsync your Google contacts under settings and then social, go to your Gmail account and delete who you do not wish to see on your Nook and then re-sync your Google account, you should only have who you wish to have as you contacts on your device.  I just did this and it worked for me.

It is now called Apps. When this thread was created in January, it was called Extras.
