Does anyone know the real email address for BN Digital Management? The one I was given, by Digital Support appears to be wrong, email@example.com.

I didn't receive a bounce back, but I haven't heard anything either. I'm beginning to wonder if this is a junk address to try and put off a problem.

I don't know if the full address is correct, but I can tell you that book.com is probably not right. However, B&N does own the domain nook.com so maybe try that?

I checked my notes and the address I was given was firstname.lastname@example.org It seems odd, but it didn't bounce as a bad address. I decided to resend my question to see if I would get a reply this time.

How long has it been since you emailed them? And really email is not always the best way to get a response since they generally ask people to call so they can get more info, but I wouldn't expect a reply for at least 24-48 hours. If you haven't received a returned message error, then it's likely they got it, but haven't had time or the person available to reply, I would think. You could also check your junkmail folder. All my error emails go into mine.

I agree that a phone call is a much better way to be heard. But, for this issue, I started a chat session last week. It ended without a resolution (had to get the kids to bed). So I called the number they provided in the chat session Saturday. After an hour on the phone, the manager told me I needed to write an email to the management team. I did right away. I didn't expect an immediate answer, but I do typically receive a "thank you for your email, we will respond within xx hours" automated reply. I have been checking my Junk Mail folder (good suggestion).

That was the email address I was given as well, but I haven't tried it yet. I wanted to write an email to bitch about how much I still hate mynook.com, the website issues, the search feature issues and also how the shop feature ("Steals and Deals specifically") on the nook itself is showing actual items for sale in the store. For fun, I tried to buy something that was super cheap - but couldn't

Well, it sounds like my problems are close to the same as everyone else. I believe my solution is going to be to get rid of NOOK, and get iPad or Kindle, and find a new bookseller. If B&N doesn't want my business, I will take it elsewhere.

B&N does own the book.com domain.
Contacting someone on the phone is a better solution. Emails are problematic - there might be a server fault on their end, it might hit their junk folder (example: if you use words like free or deal = matches junk pattern). Long list of things can go wrong.
For our apps we see 10% to 20% of customers emails go to junk folder and also 10% to 20% people who contact us via app send us wrong emails (writing .con instead of .com etc.).

Worst service ever, found out I accidently bought a Ebook, which Ebooks in my opinion are the worst thing you can possibly buy. It turns out they said I had 7 days to "return" an Ebook, but I thought I was ordering the actual copy ( I paid $100 plus for both books so I assumed to was the physical copy.) Now they are saying I downloaded this "ebook" to my computer when I did not. Come on, who would pay $100 for a digital copy. Worse experience again with BnN I will NEVER be using their services again, they didn't work with me. And now I am stuck with this rental ebook. Seriously, $70 for a ebook "Rental" come on BnN. And get your website straight I did not see where it said rent it using a nook, so stupid. technology nowadays people are going to rely on ebooks and their phones, I wonder where society will be in ten years when we all will rely on technology to do all of our basic things. Way to go BnN thanks for stealing my $100

This rant appears to be a duplicate of one that was posted on a different thread, and that has been responded to by a couple of other members.
