Forgot Password while reset

Hi,

I did not use my Nook Color for a long time. Yesterday, I reset it, but when I  re-register it. The Nook asked me to login with my existing account at step 3. I forgot my password, so i could not re-register it. The Error page came out. What will I deal with it? How to retrieve the password that I registered the first time about 9 months ago.

Are you talking about the password to your B&N account?  If so, log into the website on a computer and use the forgot password link.
