Just got our girls a Nook Color for Christmas. Tried to download a couple of books and came across a nasty little message: "Error #2a". Hmmm.
We turned it on and off to reset it, but that didn't work. We also archived/unarchived the book several times to refresh it, but again it didn't work.
$4.99 down the tubes??? I hope not, i'd rather of had a Big Mac meal at McDonald's.
Any thoughts, please share!

Hmmm this thread had same error and archiving and un-archiving seem to solve it. Sorry couldn't be more help. Looks like time to call B&N.

After reading books for almost 1 month on the NookTablet, we started getting the same error. Archiving did not resolve the problem. Customer Support had me de-register the device and then re-register it again. This has resolved the problem for now...
