Nook Color Side Loaded Books

Hello,

My dad has a Nook Color and I have a 1st edition.  We have been sharing books by side loading them for almost 2 months now.  Suddenly his Color is making him enter my CC # and Name EACH TIME HE OPENS THE BOOK!!

He recently got an update and now this is happening.  I've never had that issue on the 1st edition and I am unsure how to fix it.  The frustrating thing he he looses his page each time this happens and can't remember where he was.

Any suggestions?

I'm sorry but I have no advice. However I was hoping you could help me. I've been trying to sideload books from one Nook Color to another but when I plug it into a computer none of the books appear. Whould you know where to find them?

The books on the NC are in a hidden partition.

Install Nook for PC on your PC to download the books to your PC.
