Nook Color Support

I have had some issues with connection since I received my Nook at Christmas.  Why does it disconnect so often?

Also, my Nook is now frozen when I turn it on and ask for the PassCode.  I don't recall having one. 

Why is it frozen on Passcode?

I would appreciate any advise given to me.

If you share your device, check with the other person(s) to ensure they haven't created a PassCode.

help this nook is not done nothing for me

i RECIEVE A NEW NOOK COLOR FOR CHRISTMAS SINCE THAT TIME i HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO USE IT, FIRST NOTHING WOULD DOWNLOAD EVERTHING KEPT COMING UP ERROR-101 MOR SOMETHING STUPID, THEN THE OTHER DAY IT WOULD NOT TURN ON I TRYED HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FINALLY AFTER A MILLION TRIES I SAW A GLIMMER OF HOPE, SLIGHT FLASH ...THEN READ FOREVER....... THEN NOTHING IT JUST SITS ON READ FOREVER UNTIL THE BATTERIES DIES. i WORK 45-50 HOURS A WEEK AND GOT TO SCHOOL FULL TIME I SO DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS MESS AND BY NO MEANS DO I KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS.

So you've had it something like 50 days and only now are deciding to deal with these problems? Had you reacted promptly, you could have gotten it exchanged at the store. You'll probably have to call "tech suppport" and work through it with them. Hopefully, you'll get an exchange for a refurb. Waiting so long with a new product is generally not a good idea.

Free software should be Free
