Nook Color not syncing with Nook Android App [ Edited ]

How do I get the Nook Color and the Android App to sync up?  I read some on one side and then have to scroll thorugh pages on the other side to manually "sync".

NC is always on WiFi, and in Android app I always click the refresh button from the library.  What am I missing?  Also, the book I am reading was purchased on BN, it's not a library book.

I'm having the same problem. Anyone got an idea? It seems to have started with the software update?
