What would you suggest as a better way? That the store send a rep to you? That they send a limo out to pick you up and bring you to your personal troubleshooter person who is there waiting patiently for the limo to get there?
The charger turns green, that should mean it's charged, what is telling you that it's not charged?
Tell us what you have done, what you are seeing and in general, more detail and someone here may be able to assist you.
