Pre ordered book won't download

I'm a big Doc Ford fan and I pre ordered the new book in January.  The book came out today and I received an email from B&N stating that the book is now ready to download.  But, when I clicked on the icon, all I got was the book details.  I also tried going to my library and hitting the "refresh" button at the bottom of the page-no dice!  I've done this a dozen times, but for some reason I can't seem to get my book. 

Any ideas?

Sometimes re-booting will do it, sometimes you need to archive and unarchive the book (seems silly since the book doesn't seem to be on your Nook yet but it works).  The last time I had this happen (last week) I removed the icon from my home screen, went to the library and then synced the library. Other times I have had to re-boot to get the download to occur.  Good luck!

Archive book, sync, unarchive book has always worked for me.

I archived, unarchived, and synced.  I also realized that I didn't update to 1.4.2, although I don't know if that mattered.  Success!!  Thanks to all!!
