Refresh library issues

I just purchased a new ebook directly from my Nook Color and tapped the refresh button under My Library to view my new book. The refresh wheel has been spinning for close to an hour now and has not refreshed anything. How do I fix this? I've tried turning the wifi off and back on, but that hasn't helped.

Try turning the NC completely off (press and hold the power button until the "power off" option comes up), then power it back on.

 

Usually a power cycle like that will fix issues where the store app gets "stuck" like that.
