Touchscreen problem

Hi i've white dots on my touchscreen and i don't know how i've made these.The touchsreen works pretty good , but i've this aesthetic problem that is very annoying.Since my warranty is stil valid ,can you tell me if there is a service center here in Europe ,so they can repair it?

there is not a service center in europe and if you call B&N to make a claim they do not ship replacements out of the US
