Unrooted Nook but no Internal Memory

I tried to unroot my nook but now it says it has no internal memory.  What can I do to solve the problem?

I can't download any books or apps.  I restored to factory settings and made a sd disk to try to unroot it buth that didn't work.

I had the same problem, after doing research I discovered this;[HOW-TO] Repartitioning the NC back to 1GB/data, 5GB/media which also has a Reformat package that you use with clockwork recovery.  I had to try a couple of times before it worked.  Loads of instructions on Clockwork Recovery are available (google seach) I was able to eventually to figure it all out.
