After a few tries, I got the update.
When I first tried using it I got a box asking me to enter my email addredd on quick office pro....I said ask me later.
Would this have anything to do with getting the "user not activated" message when I tried to read my epub book? If so, how to I get back to that box.
It did not have anything to do with quickoffice. I re-activated my ade from my pc to my nook and reloaded my book. Now able to read.

Same thing happened to me. Also, I guess because it had deactivated my ADE, it wouldn't open a book I had already sideloaded before the update. After sideloading it again, it would open it but only at the beginning so I had to search for where I was.
