1) WiFi issues.
2) Space Issues.
I'd recommend doing the following:
1) Archive books and apps and magazines you aren't using.
2) restart your Nook Color.
3) turn off WiFi. Turn it back on again.
Then see what happens.

Have you been having this problem for an entire month or did you just go to try to download all of them today? If it's the latter there have been a lot of people having issues with downloads to their nooks today. If you've been having the issue for an entire month then try to recommendations in the previous post and ifthose don't work also try a different wi-fi connection (go to a BN, Starbuck's, MCD's) and see if that works. It may be something in your connection settings.

There have been ongoing issues with the NST/NSTG for several days now. From the spate of recent posts, it sounds like this problem is now becoming apparent on other devices as well. In short, if Tech Support advises you to wipe and re-register your device -- apparently one of the first things on their checklist -- and it does NOT work, you will be without ALL your books until they get the problem fixed. I'd suggest reading through that thread to see if it sounds like the same problem, and only wiping your device if you're sure you have enough ebooks stored locally to see you through several days.
