My STR battery showed up as unknown, and at 1500000 charge. Called support, who had me deregister and register. Did not fix it. Had me take it into the store. There the software was updated, and now my device is totally dead. When attached to the charger, I get a green light, but the device is dead. I was told to buy another one. Any suggestions for a fix?
