I ordered a book via express delivery (1-3 days) 5 days ago and am still waiting for it. The tracking information is unavailable. The live chat ignores me, and I got a stupid machine-generated email telling me to wait 12-24 hours! Never, ever again. The first book I ordered showed up on my door step delivered by some guy in a van. Never found out if it had been delivered to his house by accident, or if he was the delivery guy. Now I just want to cancel my order and order from Amazon.com like I should have to begin with.

FTI, you're in the Nook First Edition forum, which doesn't really have anything to do with a physical book.
As to your ordering problem, try calling customer service and see if they can help you.

I'm thinking it's just a troll post. First hint - the poster has 1 post. I've ordered real books from B&N for myself and as gifts. There's always a tracking number and I can check it thru my account of via the email link they've provided me.
