Downloaded EPUB book? Unauthorized User?

I recently got the nook. Downloaded ADE. Went to library site, downloaded the book.  Shows up on ADE and shows up in "My Documents".  Went I try open the book, it says "unauthorized user"  What does this mean and how do I fix this? Thank you in advance!

For starters, you need to authorize ADE the first time.  Click on Library, then Authorize Computer.  Then try again.

In theory, this should fix your problems; when you open ADE and then plug in your NOOK, you should be able to just drag your book over to NOOK.  Some people need to delete folders from their NOOK, though.  If you have issues, the link in my signature (FrogAlum's guide to ADE) should talk you through this and any possible problems you may have.  Seriously, it's a goldmine.

Thanks so much for your help. I actually called customer service, and was helped immediately.

She guided me step by step, and all is well! I was very happy it was not a difficult procedure and the cs was great.
