I'd like to do the same: to give an eBook to somebody or to create a wish list that includes eBooks I'd like people to give me.
Shouldn't be that difficult, isn't it?
Amazon already have solved this on the Kindle.
I have a nook color, I reaaly like it, but lacking this feature is absurd by any means. An online store should mimick AT LEAST the capabilities of a "real life" store, and gifting books is one of the things we as humankind have been doing since when? a hundred years at least?
