Every book in my library has a pre-order label by it

Every single book in my library has a pre-order label by it and most of them are only the free samples even though I have purchased the entire book(s). It's quite frustrating. I've already tried resetting it to no avail. The sfotware is version 1.5. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. I just turned the Nook off and back on, and it stills sys PRE-ORDER on every single book!
What should I do?
