I just got a new NC and I ordered two books and it has been two days and it is still processing the orders. What's wrong?
Login to your account on the B&N website, and go to your B&N library.
Next to the books there should be a message with information about what went wrong.
Usually most problems are caused by incorrect credit card info.

I found out what was wrong. It is my crappy internet connection. I went to McDonalds waiting to pick up my brother and used there wifi and BAM, all my books downloaded...I really hate Qwest with a passion.

Sorry that you are frustrated with your internet connection at home with Centurylink. Not sure why your connection at home was not allowing you to complete the downloads of your ebooks, but there could be some settings on your modem that could be changed to resolve this issue for the future.
