Yesterday I had a problem syncing my Nook for PC app. It wouldn't recognize the many books that were in my B&N Library. I called Customer Service this morning, and for whatever reason, the books are now in the eReader. However, although the eBooks are there, the authors seldom correspond to the ebook even though the titles are correct. The authors are completely jumbled. I tried archiving some of the books and reloading them, and the fields are still mixed up. Any ideas about what the problem is or how to fix it? I have over 200 books, so I hope that this has a simple solution.
