Nook Color Problems-Won't turn on

I can't get my Nook Color to turn on, have to plug it in to turn on, was fine till it did a update??

I have done a erase & deregister.

The B&N site needs to fix it's link to the NOOK boards, it's sending everyone to the original NOOK discussion board.

I am having the same problem.  Technical support only tells me to reset.  The problem is random, and it is very frustrating.
