OMG! Recieved my USB but NO Battery!

Funny thing. My battery in my nook classic was defected. They said they will replace it and replace my usb chord 5 days later I get my USB Chord but no battery. I called Customer Service and they were very nice and they ordered another one right away and hope it will be here in the next 5 days. Two weeks with out my nook and I'm starting to miss it! I just thought it was funny how they could miss it,but still CS they were very nice and prompt.

Ouch not good.  I would be so sad without my Nook.  I hope it gets to you quickly.  All along the way it is humans doing the work and unfortunately they make mistakes.

The same thing happened to me. Rest assured, I got my battery after I called back and told them that the envelope had the usb cord and wall charger but no battery.

Ya they were very prompt on fixing the mistake. I think I will be okay just I really miss reading on my nook. I didnt have any promblem with the CS at all.
