Syncing between NookColor and Android app

I have not been able to sync my NookColor and my Droid X. Is there something I need to do?

I have been stymied by the same issue.  i even sent an e-mail asking for help from the support page but have never gotten a response.

Please, anyone who knows how this works, reply to this thread.  I feel a little let-down by an otherwise excellent product.
