There are a lot of names to chose from, but for some reason the name Pigwidgeon is a name that's popping out.
I was thinking Bella, Pigwidgeon, Maddie. Any suggestions?

Originally, I named mine the completely unoriginal "D'Nooks"...but that was before we got to know each other quite so well.
We have now talked about it and he (yes, my nook is male) tells me that his name is "il mio piccolo angolo d'amore" (Italian for "My Little Nook of Love").

"Banook". We use to read a story to my son when he was little - "Bunnicula" about a bunny that sucked all the juice out of carrots...any way...My hubby bought my nook for a V-day gift and called it "Nookula". But "Banook" seemed to fit better.

I named mine Tansy. Not for any literary reference, but just to follow my naming scheme for my network.
Curare, Ethanol, Antimony, Monkshood, Opium, Nicotine, etc.

Mine is named Henry Bemis - from the Twilight Zone episode "Time Enough at Last" , first broadcast in 1959. Henry, played by Burgess Meredith, was a bespectacled bank clerk, who didn't want to do anything but read, much to the consternation of his boss and wife. He emerges from the bank vault one day to find the world destroyed by a nuclear explosion and can't find another living person. In the rubble, he stumbles across the ruins of the public library and finally has "time enough at last" for everything he wants to read." Then... he stumbles, his glass fall off and he steps on them, leaving him virtually blind.
