My opinion.... take it for what it's worth - 25% for extended warranty is just not worth it.
You are better off not buying it or use a credit card (if you have one) which offers you extended warranty on your purchases. No extra cost.....
Consumer Reports pretty much agrees with this, it's not worth it.

I bought my extended warranty thru square trade (i have nook wifi). I think it was 29.95 and I had a 20 or 30% off coupon code on top of that.

Anyone who says the warranty isn't worth it...hasn't dropped it! I dropped my 3g nook tonight and I am crushed because the e-ink display shattered and it is now broken. I did not purchase the warranty and I am bummed because it is only 4 months old. I will now purchase a new nook $199 plus the warranty this time $49.99. If I had just purchased the warranty initially at $69.99 I would have saved $179.

I purchased a squaretrade warrant for both my nooks. Any given day they are at least 30% off. I think I paid 32 dollars for one and 36 for the other, complete 3 years coverage. Worth every penny to me. I confess, I am known to have dropped a few things.

I agree with the people who say go with Square Trades. The warranties are usually longer, cover more damage and are cheaper than regualr warranties.
If you go to Retail Me Not you can usually find a discout code as well.
