Like the title says, my nook freezes EVERY time I unplug it either from the wall or my computer (whether or not it's been ejected when plugged into the computer makes no difference). Tried the power, taking out the battery, plugging it into the wall and replacing the battery thing to no avail.
The other thing is, the orange/yellow light NEVER turns on when plugged in. The nook is fully functional when it's plugged into either power source, btw. This scenario happened about a year ago, and I think I was able to fix it but at some point I lost the usb charger so it's been lying dormant in a drawer until today when I picked up a replacement cord.
Also when I tried calling support and got to the proper area a computerized voice informed me the line was busy and then it hung up on me (it didn't even give me the opiton to wait through some crappy muzak, wth).
This whole situation is a nightmare, if someone can, please halp.
