I just downloaded the NOOK for PC app and I cant' seem to figure out to synch it with my B & N account. The documentation claims that it should happen automatically upon logging in but that isn't happening. Any thoughts...

Be sure you've got the navbar on the left showing. If not, click the triangle in the middle of the left edge to show it. Click the "synchronize" button on the top row. It's at the left end of the buttons. It looks like a circle with an arrow head.
Afterward, you may need to switch back and forth to a different library category (from "all" to "ebooks" and back, for example). That seems to be a little bug in the software.
