Cannot read my purchased books.

I used my Nook perfectly fine ...until I registered it. Since I registered it, it has deleted any non-b&n books and will not accept them when I try to reload them. When the nook is connected to the computer, all of these still show up in the folder, but are "invisible" on the nook itself. Yes, I have looked in the My Documents folder. Also, I have tried to purchase several books from b&n since then. I've purchased them on the computer, and they do not update to my nook, nor can I save them to the documents folder. I also tried unregistering my nook, and it fails to do so everytime. This is starting to appear to be a colossal waste of money.

The fastest way to get this straightened out is to call Customer Service. 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665) and ask for Digital Support.
They have the tools to work with your B&N account. We don't.
