I need help Downloading my nook after purchase where right next to the book it says download. I clicked on it and it said false. Update account.

If I'm parsing your question correctly, there's something wrong with your account information in B&N's system. You need to make sure that you have a default credit card on file, and that all of your information is filled in.
Note that, even if you have successfully purchased an ebook (using, say, a gift card), you still need a valid default credit card on file in order to download it, as the credit card is part of the DRM-encryption system B&N uses to protect its files.
If it is and you're still having problems, call customer support (press 2 for digital support) and they can help figure out what information is missing.
