I noticed that someone wrote in a month ago concerning the same problem I have with the error code 013 coming up when I close out the Barnes & Noble desktop interface i.e. "free app for the pc." Is Barnes & Noble tech support going to address this? I too have uninstalled, cleaned out my registry and reinstalled. I also have a problem on my account on the B&N website in My Library. When I hit download from books that I've chosen, I get re-routed to a Windows box indicating that it doesn't recognize the file extension. My books do seem to be downloading to the Nook, but this is very annoying. Any answers B&N?
