I have tried doing a hard reset several times and it isn't working.
Basically, my daughter's nook will not download anything from bn.com and I am unable to deregister the device. I decided that maybe a hard reset would do the trick, but I can't even get that to happen.
Please tell me how I can get the nook to respond somehow. Right now it has nothing on it!
