i updated some information on my account but the update has not been updated on my nook. on the BN website, i wasn't updated at first either, but after logging out and back in, the issue was resolved. i am attempting to do this on my nook but i just got it today and can't figure out how to log out >.< if someone could help, that would be great! (:

What information did you change? That makes a big difference... some stuff like email does show on your nook. Other stuff is just on your account.

If you changed your account's email address, put it back to what your NOOK is registered to. Then unregister your NOOK, change the email address on your account to what you want it to be, and register your NOOK to the new email address.
