My Nook isn't loading any of my Library.

About 2 weeks ago my Nook would not download new content. I have done the following steps and it still is not working.
- Called Customer support
- Preformed a Hard Reboot
- Unregistered and Reregister my nook
- Re-entered my router address and password
- Called customer support again
- Went into the store (Customer supports advice)
- Trying to reload my library at the store using there WI-FI
- Re-entered my credit card # and Address into B&N site
- They tried to download my library onto a store nook
- Archived 164 of my books down to 2 books, and tried to download my library again
My library will still not load, it states "The operation can not be complete please Call 1-800-the nook". I can not download any new books and all my books are not on my nook(because I had to do a hard reboot), but they show up on the website. Suggestions anyone? I am very frustrated and have invested over $1000 in my nook library. It seem that the store can't even help me!

Sounds like you need a replacement. Better call Customer Service to arrange it.

let me know how the replacement goes i had the same problem took the same steps just got my new one today and none of my books that i have paid for are in my libary!!!! i have only had the nook 6wks and was totally loving it but no im just frustrated beyond words i spent alot of money on books i cant read

You can download your B&N books to your computer, right? So they are still on the B&N server.
