Wow I can't believe how easy that was!!! I dropped my Nook...yes dropped it and the screen was cracked looking on the inside with lines. It was in sleep mode with an authors picture on the screen as well as the crack look and lines. I had no clue what I was going to do, thinking there were no options since I dropped it. I thought what the heck and went to our local B&N store. It literally took 10 minutes and I was out the door with a brand new Nook!!! I couldn't believe it. All the B&N employee did was call the customer care number explain the situation and said he could do an in-store exchange and there it is. That was it. He couldn't believe how easy it was either. I can't tell you how excited and impressed I am with this outcome!!!! Thumbs up to Barnes and Noble and the Nook!!!
