Ok I have no problem with the concept of a refurbished unit but seriously and refurbished unit that arrives and doesn't work! Now I have a real big problem with that.
Yeah, I was disappointed. Again, I understand--these things happen. I was just so excited to get it so quickly; and this would have been a great weekend for reading! I'm in academia and start back at work soon, so I won't have as much time to read then. It's been okay, though. I've spent lots of time finding free e-book sources and getting lots of books to read when I do get the Nook back. I am also still really, really impressed with how easy the replacement went, though.
