My Nook has stopped showing the keyboard when I try to search BN.com, go to the web, or make shelves. I can't type any more. I have done NOTHING to the Nook (no hacking, no rooting, nothin'!)
It does this when fully charged, so it isn't a battery issue. On the advice of tech support, I did a factory reset and started over, and THAT didn't fix it.
Help?
