Nook Connected but saying no connectivity?

I have a Nook first addition (have had it since Christmas 2010) and it works great, until recently.

 

When I check for new content (for the books that I have purchased through B&N) it tells me No Connectivity, but I am able to browse the web throught he browser selection and shop for books.

 

Any idea what is going on?

 

I have turned it off and restarted it, as well as my router. Any suggestions?
