We recently purchased a Nook WiFi. The nook was registered and WiFi was properly set up. We can access the internet via the browser but when you browse or search in the shop it says "loading" for about 7 minutes then "network unavailable". The connection is good and the net speed is definitely acceptable.

April I'm having the same problem & hope someone can help us. I've been trying since Sunday to shop, with no luck. I've read that the server is overwhelmed but I would think that at some point, we should be able to use our nook. I'm going to give it til the weekend & if it's still a no go, then I'm returning it.
