Nook won't open book

I just got a book on my Nook (went to Barnes & Noble store) and now I cannot get rid of the book I was reading and I cannot open the new book.  Help.

I downloaded a book and now it won't page or open the book.  It is frozen!  What can I do?

Thank you, this worked for me. Had my nook for over a year and this is the first time it would not open the book,once I purchased it.  Just love my NOOK.

Hi I am having the same problem as were. If I did that what you did. Download to my computer again. Would I lose all my book that i got free and also brought too. That is what I am afraid of. Please help me.
