I have two permanent eInk marks on my Nook's screen. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm going to call CS to see if I can get a replacement, but I'm a little wary; one of the marks has a super tiny suface scratch. It's hard to see unless you're in the right light and almost impossible to feel, unless you use your fingernail and hit it just right. But I don't want them using that as a reason to deny me a replacement...
Anyway, I'm also having intermittent issues with it staying in USB mode after I've ejected it from my computer and the screen flashing black and white before spontaneously restarting. I've had it 2 months today, but these issues are quite recent.
