Okay, I thought I had this solved, but....no. I purchased an e-book online at bn.com (on my laptop) and it shows up in My Library there; however, I can't figure out how to get it to my nook. I thought it would sync automatically when I opened the library...? When I go to shop it wants to charge me a second time for the book. Help, please?

You shouldn't need to buy it again. Just download it.
Call Customer Service at 1-800-THE-BOOK (1-800-843-2665), option 2 for Digital Support. They should be able to get this straightened out quickly.

Doug, thanks for the phone number for digital support. They found the step I was missing: Check for new B&N Content. Just a little embarrassing - but I won't make that mistake again!
